President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. French’s background began his career after receiving
his Bachelor of Science degree in 1968 from the School of
Business, California State University at Los Angeles and
Real Estate Certificate from the University of California
at Los Angeles. With an extensive background in real estate
appraisal and finance, he spent six years with Investors
Diversified Services Mortgage Company (IDS) and Allstate
Insurance Mortgage Company specializing in appraisal, loan
portfolio underwriting, and investment analyst on multi-million
dollar projects. Mr. French’s institutional experience
culminated by early 1970's as the National Commercial Loan
Manager and Vice President of Allstate Mortgage in charge
of all commercial lending, joint ventures, and construction
lending and was approved by the Federal National Mortgage
Association for planned unit developments in over 36 states.
As President and Chairman of the Board of Equity Directions,
Inc., Mr. French has specialized in the development and
management of real estate investments, real estate brokerage,
property management, investment consulting, and land banking
activities. These include, but not limited to, the sale
of undeveloped land to builders/developers, zoning and processing
of proposed projects, financing projects, and property management.
Mr. French has been a principal and general partner in
numerous partnerships that have been involved in various
residential, commercial and industrial developments. This
would include condominium conversions, business parks, shopping
centers, industrial parks, office buildings, freestanding
industrial buildings, a marina project, apartment and residential
buildings, plus numerous freestanding restaurant projects.
As a developer/builder, Mr. French has been involved in
over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate construction which
is valued at over $100 Million. Mr. French was born and
raised in Southern California, and currently resides in
Indian Wells, California with his wife and two children.

Senior Vice President- Equity Directions, Inc.
Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience in Real Estate Development,
Finance and Construction. He began his career after graduating
from the University of Southern California in 1976 with
a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Real Estate
Finance. In 1985, Mr. Jacobs joined Equity Directions, Inc.,
based in Newport Beach, California and was responsible for
all land acquisitions, City and Governmental entitlements,
construction, sales and leasing of all existing and to be
built projects. From 1985 to 1989, Equity Directions, Inc.
developed a portfolio which included over 700 Apartment
units, a 40 acre Business Park, a 900 unit mini-warehouse
complex, Office/Industrial Planned Unit Development.
Mr. Jacobs coordinated all planning and development guidelines,
budgets, cost projections, proformas, negotiated contracts,
leases and sales agreements for each of the above projects
which achieved outstanding performances in all categories.
As President of Desarrollos Todos Santos S.A. de C.V., Mr.
Jacobs is responsible for all development in Baja California
Sur, Mexico. Mr. Jacobs resides in Santa Ana, California
with his wife and three boys.
